Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers by telephone or electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve their complaints
- Receive and process customers orders orders
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and details of actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to manage administration
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Minimum of HND in any discipline
- Must be friendly
