Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone or electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve their complaints
  • Receive and process customers orders orders
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to manage administration
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND in any discipline
  • Must be friendly
